Professional Liability and Insurance
Our professional indemnity insurance covers design advisory work undertaken within our stated scope of architectural lighting. We do not operate as general contractors, restaurant operators, or software providers. Concept deliverables require client approval before implementation by licensed tradespeople.
Liability for construction defects rests with appointed contractors unless we have been formally engaged for site supervision under a separate agreement. Design concepts are intellectual property of the studio until full fee settlement transfers specified usage rights.

All text, layouts, and visual content on schierinfi.monster are copyright Schierinfi. Unauthorised reproduction of project imagery or written content is prohibited without written licence. Clients receive usage rights defined in individual engagement letters upon payment of agreed fees.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Edinburgh unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
